DEAL: LinkedIn AI Assistant for Smarter Networking & Outreach (Chrome Extension)
Effective date: 10 November 2025
Last updated: 10 November 2025
AI CRM, Inc. (“DEAL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the Chrome extension “DEAL: LinkedIn AI Assistant for Smarter Networking & Outreach” (the “Extension”).
This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, collects, uses, stores and shares, and what choices you have.
This policy applies only to the Chrome Extension. Our website and other SaaS products may have separate privacy policies.
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Data We Access and Collect Through the Extension
The Extension is designed to work on LinkedIn pages and to help you manage your networking and outreach. It only accesses data that is necessary for these features.
We group the data into three categories:
1.1 Data processed locally in your browser (not stored by us by default)
When you use the Extension, it may temporarily read and process certain elements from the page you are viewing, for example:
Public LinkedIn profile information that is visible to you (e.g., name, headline, current position, company, location, profile URL).
Public LinkedIn search results that you have opened.
Text you select or highlight on a LinkedIn page.
This information is processed locally in your browser to generate suggestions, summaries or prompts.
We do not collect or store your full browsing history, cookies, or page content that is unrelated to the Extension’s features.
1.2 Data that may be sent to our servers
When needed to provide the service, the Extension may send the following data securely to our servers:
Account & Contact Information (if you sign in or create an account):
Name, email address, organization, workspace ID.
Selected LinkedIn Data:
Specific profiles or leads you choose to save or sync, including name, headline, company, and other visible public fields.
Your own notes, tags, or custom fields attached to a profile or lead.
Usage Data & Telemetry:
Feature usage events (e.g., button clicks, which features are used), timestamps, basic device information (browser version, OS type), and anonymous identifiers.
Error and performance logs (e.g., failed requests, extension errors) to help us debug and improve stability.
We do not purposely collect:
Your full LinkedIn message history, unless you explicitly select and save specific content into the Extension.
Your complete browsing history beyond the tabs where the Extension is active.
1.3 Optional integrations / third-party tools you connect
If you choose to connect the Extension to a CRM or other third-party tool (for example, to sync leads or notes), the Extension may process and transmit:
Lead/contact data you choose to sync.
Notes, tags, pipeline status or similar CRM-related information.
We will only access and use such data to provide the integration you explicitly enabled.
You can disconnect such integrations at any time via the Extension or the integrated service.
2. How We Use the Data
We use the data described above to:
Provide the core functionality of the Extension (AI summaries, recommendations, templates, and automations for LinkedIn networking and outreach).
Save and sync leads, notes, or tags that you explicitly choose to store.
Personalize suggestions and improve relevance (e.g., remembering your preferred templates or target personas).
Maintain and improve the Extension’s performance, reliability, and security.
Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
Generate aggregated, de-identified statistics to understand how the Extension is used (e.g., which features are most popular).
We do not use personal data from the Extension to:
Sell it to data brokers or advertisers.
Build advertising profiles or show targeted ads based on your Extension data.
Any analytics we perform are either aggregated or de-identified so that individuals are not identifiable.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share data in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers / processors
We use trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, error logging, analytics, customer support tools) who process data on our behalf and under written contracts. They are only allowed to use data to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.Optional integrations you enable
If you connect a CRM or other tool, we share the specific data needed to perform that integration (for example, saving a selected LinkedIn lead into your CRM). We do not control how those third parties handle your data; their use is governed by their own privacy policies.Legal requirements and protection of rights
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe it is necessary to:comply with legal obligations,
protect the rights, property, or safety of DEAL, our users, or others,
investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Business transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to another entity, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy with equal or stronger protections.
We do not sell personal data obtained through the Extension and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage, Location, and Security
Data that is sent from the Extension to our servers is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (for example, AWS or equivalent providers).
We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and encryption at rest where appropriate.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate or improve the service and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
No system can be 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to:
provide the Extension and related services,
comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations,
resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it.
You can also request deletion of your account data at any time (see Section 7).

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your personal data.
Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@crm.deal. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
You can also control your data by:
Uninstalling the Extension from your browser at any time.
Changing extension settings or disabling specific features.
Disconnecting any optional third-party integrations from within the Extension or the third-party service.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Extension is intended for use by adults in a professional context and is not directed to children under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Data Transfers
Depending on your location, your data may be processed in countries other than the one where you reside.
Where required by law (for example, under GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect data transferred internationally.
9. Compliance with Chrome Web Store Policies
We comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the requirements for limited use of data:
The Extension only accesses, collects, and uses data that is necessary to provide its features.
We do not use data obtained through the Extension to build advertising profiles or for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
If our data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will:
update the “Effective date” at the top of this page, and
when appropriate, notify you via the Extension, email, or our website.
